Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1½ cups beef broth
1½ cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until the meat is cooked.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, bell pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the uncooked macaroni. Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and the sauce thickens.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
