Ingredients
For the Steak Bites: un
* 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
* 3 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* ½ tsp smoked paprika
* Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
* 8 oz pasta shells (conchiglie)
* 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 2 tbsp butter
* Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook Pasta – Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
2. Sear Steak – Pat steak dry, season with salt & pepper. Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sear steak 2–3 min per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3. Garlic Herb Sauce – Lower heat to medium, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic, cook 30–60 sec. Stir in Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Add juices from steak plate.
4. Creamy Parmesan Sauce – Lower heat to low, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add heavy cream, whisk, then gradually add Parmesan until smooth and slightly thickened.
5. Combine – Toss pasta in sauce, loosening with reserved pasta water if needed. Fold steak and juices back in. Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley & Parmesan. Serve immediately.
