🧾 Ingredients:


* 1 sheet **puff pastry**


* 300g **ground beef**


* 1 small **onion**, finely chopped (optional)


* 1 tsp **garlic powder** or 2 garlic cloves (minced)


* Salt & pepper to taste


* 1 tsp **paprika** or chili flakes (optional)


* 1 cup **shredded mozzarella**


* 1 **egg** (for egg wash)


🧑‍🍳 Quick Instructions:


1. **Preheat oven** to 200°C (390°F).


2. **Mix beef** with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.


3. **Spread beef** evenly over the puff pastry, leaving edges clear.


4. **Roll it up** tightly like a log, seal the edge.


5. **Cut into pieces**, place on a baking tray.


6. **Top with cheese**, brush with egg wash.
