*Ingredients:*
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook rice according to package directions.
3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned, breaking into small pieces.
4. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until softened.
5. Stir in beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and dried oregano. Bring to a simmer.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef mixture, and shredded cheese.
7. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
8. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
