Ingredients:  


 


1 lb ground beef


1 small onion, diced


2 garlic cloves, minced


2 tbsp flour


1 cup beef broth


1/2 cup milk


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Salt and pepper to taste


4 cups mashed potatoes


 


Instructions:


 


1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.


2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.


3. Sprinkle flour over the beef, stir, and cook for 1 minute.


4. Gradually add beef broth and milk, stirring until smooth.


5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.


6. Serve the beef and gravy over warm mashed potatoes.
