Ingredients:  

- 2 lbs. lean sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks  

- 1 lb. baby yellow potatoes, quartered  

- 1 tbsp minced garlic  

- 2 tsp Italian seasoning  

- 1 tsp onion powder  

- 3 tbsp olive oil  

- Salt and pepper, to taste  


Directions:  

1️⃣ Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.  

2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.  

3️⃣ Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place an equal portion of the mixture in the center of each piece.  

4️⃣ Fold the foil over to create packets, sealing them tightly.  

5️⃣ Place the packets on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and potatoes are tender.  

6️⃣ Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and serve hot.
