1 lb (450g) ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4.5 oz (about 125g) diced green chiles
16 oz (450g) refried beans
8 oz (225g) tomato sauce
10 oz (280g) enchilada sauce
15 oz (425g) beanless chili (such as Hormel)
6 large flour tortillas (burrito size, about 12 inches)
2 cups shredded lettuce (optional inside or for topping)
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
2–3 green onions, minced (for garnish)
Additional toppings (sour cream, avocado, jalapeños, etc.)
Instructions:
