Ingredients:
1 cup cucumbers, sliced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Combine cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, dill, and garlic powder until dissolved.
Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled.
