Ingredients:
1 can (14 3/4 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions:
Drain and flake the salmon with a fork.
In a bowl, combine salmon, onion, cornmeal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties of desired size.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown on each side.
