Ingredients:

- 1 zucchini (350g)

- 1 carrot

- 2 eggs

- 100 grams of cheese

- Parsley

- 1 potato

- 1 clove of garlic

- Salt

- Black pepper

- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence

- Paprika

- 4 tablespoons oatmeal

- 2 tbsp flour

- Olive oil

- Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes

For the sauce:

- 2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- Dill

- 1 tsp dried garlic

- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
